Neon Drift Circuit

★★★★☆ 4.4 Editor rating

Neon Drift Circuit isn't about being the fastest — it's about drifting with style. Holding a slide fills a boost meter, and stringing drifts together into long chains is where the whole game lives. Once it clicks, threading a corner at full speed feels fantastic.

The tilt-and-tap control scheme is responsive, though I switched to the on-screen buttons for tighter tracks. Cars handle distinctly, and unlocking new ones actually changes how you approach a course rather than just bumping numbers. The soundtrack pulses along with your boost, which is a small touch that adds a lot.

There's a light career mode and time-trial ghosts to chase, which gave me plenty to grind for. It's not a sim and never wants to be, but as a stylish arcade racer for quick sessions, it delivers.
